Most parcels are sent via E-Parcel Express taking 2-3 business days following dispatch. When combining items, this can make your parcel too large/heavy to be sent via Express, in this event we will send via E-Parcel Regular, please allow 4-6 business days for delivery. All parcels require a signature upon delivery, where the premises is unattended a card will be left for pick-up at your local post office. We know in some circumstances this may be incovenient. You will be given the option to waive signature delivery during checkout. Please note should you decide to waive the signature delivery, we will not be responsible for lost/stolen parcels once delivery has been made to your property. We do highly recommend using the signature delivery for both security and peace of mind. Delivery Fees in Australia Small parcels will incur a $6 delivery fee with a maximum shipping fee of $9 for all larger orders direct to your door.
